Nice to see you right here reading this paper where today's subject is the eye-opener in today's world where " leading Technology companies are not adopting techniques towards automating" and hence, discouraging the new minds by assigning tasks that are pure manual in nature and adopting techniques which are increasing the scope of group of tasks that purely can be converted to automated set of a batch job. But, in such case the people doing it would roam freely without anything and can be utilized for other tasks needing human intervention.
Many leading marketing survey companies have already highlighted this but the people who currently are in managing these core group companies still belong to traditional thinking where Indian Economy is kept as labor intensive instead of Capital Intensive like American.
Many companies have obtained a strange philosophy called "Bell Curve" which they are converting into their profit making by just raising the standards of few individuals and leave others unattended but take everything out of their body... many a times this is leading to inequality in payments after rendering numerous years and level of dedication to their jobs for employees which has increased the pressure and agitation in the personal life of those employees which is leading to a group of dissatisfied individuals who either can move to different domains which may include crime and henious acts, too.
There has also been no reforms from the Indian government HRD Ministry to encroach the management and investigate the HR Issues, instead lot of Management awards and recognitions have been allocated to these companies because they are bringing in the Load of Revenues and Foreign Income where Indian Values keep no value... Equal Pay as per number of Years of Dedication is no where in effect, instead if you aren't performing as per your Boss, then you are useless.
