Nice to c ya again reading out this paper in such an interesting mood.
Here i again bring you the subject of study "Indian Politics of Business Organizations collaborating with Multinational Firms."
Today, Indian Youths are spending a lot of Parent's hard earned income so as to obtain a good degree and get out in search of life time earning opportunity with these multi national firms. Here is where the exploitation starts. Low package, time standards breached as per Government norms, high pressure and stress based upon clients requirements where these youths are discouraged. Then comes in the fact of lucrations given by these firms to these growing individuals by presenting a day dreaming set of ideas and goals neatly drafted so as to get these guys to believe and work like Idiots just to ensure that the daily pending tasks do not increase for which they get paid up.
Reality is:
1. Client is outsourcing those tasks only that require no-skills only humans to watch for those task to get completed only.
2. Technical tasks are done by those clients only and we only support them to carry on their usual business smoothly.
3. Hats-off for Modi Ji's policy to ensure that Indian Entrepreneurship is promoted and logo- "Make In India" got formulated but still Indians are busy delivering Services to foreign country firms and people just coz of payouts.
4. Government Investigations and involvement is Zero if taken into count of Audits and Human Resources Policies as it is very much hidden by these firms.
Still working and will complete this post soon by ensuring to share the analysis created out by surveys from big market leaders and surveying firms.
